Civil Procedure and Practice: Recent Developments

An on-going concern for all lawyers is staying abreast of developments affecting the practice of law in their respective jurisdictions. Within this paper, the authors review Alberta Court decisions relating to civil procedure and synthesize them so as to give the reader an outline of the trends that have developed in Alberta civil procedure over the past two years.
