Abstract

In this short but very interesting article, which was originally an address delivered at joint meeting of the Bars of Alberta and British Columbia, the Honourable Sir Robert Megarry discusses some of the problems and temp tations judges face when on the bench. Although the article is written in light, humouri8tic tone, it does give the reader some insights into the workings of the judicial mind.
