The Canada Nova Scotia Agreement on Offshore Oil and Gas Resource Management and Revenue Sharing has been in effect since March 1, 1982. After one year of operation, the Agreement has been renewed to consider whether the legal and regulatory framework is onductive to propert offshore managemen and also to determine the Agreement's general impact on the petroleum industry on the Scotian Shelf.Downloads
